Job summary

Accenture is looking for a Management Consultant or Manager to join the Financial Services team in Copenhagen. You will work with leading Nordic banks, insurers and capital markets firms to shape priorities, translate ambitions into measurable results, and drive large-scale transformations using data, AI and technology.

Join multidisciplinary teams, own workstreams, analyze market dynamics, and develop strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, technology, engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with complex topics.
• Ability to structure complex information into clear conclusions.
• Interest in financial services and the role of technology, data and AI.
• Direct experience in banking, insurance, capital markets or fintech is an advantage.
• Clear communication and comfortable liaising with stakeholders.
• Enjoy collaborating while taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Fluent in English; Danish or another Nordic language is a plus.
• Resident in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead workstreams within business strategy, growth, operating model and transformation engagements.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscapes, customer needs and performance to identify opportunities.
• Develop strategic recommendations and business cases from insights.
• Design and implement future business and operating models and processes.
• Explore how data, AI and emerging technologies can enable new opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to drive transformation.
• Contribute to business development and client proposals for the Financial Services practice.
