Job summary

Spirii is seeking a hands-on Finance Project Manager in Copenhagen to support growth and our finance transformation. You will work directly with the CFO, coordinating across Finance, Tech, Product, Roaming, Customer Service, Sales, and Edenred group partners.

The role blends project leadership with practical execution, delivering finance initiatives, maintaining documentation, and presenting updates to stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in finance project management, ideally in transformation or change environments.
• Able to manage several workstreams at the same time.
• Clear and simple communication style and strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and track finance-related transformation and operational project workstreams.
• Support the CFO in coordinating cross-functional projects across Finance, Tech, Operations, Sales, and Roaming.
• Deliver and contribute to key finance projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate operational processes and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and presentations with RAG status updates.
• Schedule and lead steering committee meetings and project reviews.
• Prepare consolidated status updates and track milestones.
• Identify risks or delays and help build mitigation plans.
