Job summary

VELUX Group seeks a Project Specialist to drive strategic B2B engagement with architects and building designers. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop business cases, and align stakeholders across markets to turn insights into action. Based in Hørsholm or Budapest, you will collaborate with regional teams to deliver scalable initiatives that support VELUX solutions and design community engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building Design, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the building industry or a closely related sector, with a solid understanding of design, specification, and construction processes.
• Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, house builders, or other industry professionals in an international environment.
• Proven project coordination skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Skilled in developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and fluent in English.

In this role, you will drive strategic projects and initiatives that help us better understand, inspire and support the building design community. You will work across functions and markets, turning ideas into action, aligning stakeholders and developing compelling recommendations for decision-makers. The role combines building industry knowledge with strong project leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Your responsibilities:
