OrderYOYO A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a commercially aware Account Manager to join a brand-new team looking after our most valuable restaurant partners. You will help our restaurants grow, stay with us and get more from everything we offer.

We're launching this team across the UK, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands, with plans to expand further next year, so this is a great chance to help shape a new function from the start!

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer success or a client-facing commercial role is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong relationship-building and earns trust quickly.
• Commercially aware: understands how customers make money and how to help them.
• Comfortable with data, can turn dashboard insights into recommendations.
• Organised and proactive, can manage accounts and priorities.
• Confident communicator over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cohort of key restaurant partners.
• Grow GMV within accounts by increasing orders through app/website.
• Run regular check-ins with partners and share feedback with product/commercial teams.
• Use CRM insights to spot performance gaps and opportunities for support or products.
• Drive adoption of marketing packages, ePOS and Self-Service Kiosks.
• Identify upsell opportunities on existing products and services.
• Protect retention by spotting early signs of risk and acting before churn.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales and Support for a joined-up experience.
• Your success will be measured on GMV growth, retention, product adoption, customer satisfaction and upselling.
