Job summary

OrderYOYO A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Swedish-speaking Account Manager to foster strong restaurant partnerships and drive GMV growth across our app and website. This is an office-based, full-time role aimed at scaling adoption and retention with our key partners.

You’ll manage a cohort of restaurant partners, run regular check-ins, spot upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Onboarding, Sales and Support to deliver a joined-up experience and measurable success.

Responsibilities

• Managing a cohort of key restaurant partners
• Growing GMV within accounts by increasing orders through the app and website
• Running regular check-ins with partners and gathering feedback for product and commercial teams
• Using CRM insights to spot performance gaps and opportunities for support or new products
• Driving adoption of additional products and features such as marketing packages, ePOS and Self-Service Kiosks
• Identifying upsell opportunities on existing products and services
• Protecting retention by spotting early signs of risk and acting before churn
• Working closely with Onboarding, Sales and Support for a joined-up partner experience
• Success measured by GMV growth, retention, product adoption, customer satisfaction and upselling
