• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience with coaching and development.
• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering quality customer service.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning and people management.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.
• Guide and support staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
• Give clear directions to ensure brand standards in product presentation and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
• Achieve brand standards in reporting, action planning, and business performance endeavours.
