Job summary

ASICS Italia S.R.L. is seeking a Store Manager for the Ringsted Factory Outlet Store. You will lead the Ringsted Store Team to meet and exceed sales targets, drive customer service excellence, and manage product presentation and merchandising.

You will motivate staff, optimize conversions, and shape the in-store experience through planning, scheduling, and display decisions, contributing to the broader ASICS journey.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience and coaching skills.
• Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).

Your role in our shared journey

Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving our ASICS Ringsted Factory Outlet Store. Using your proven retail expertise and commercial awareness, you’ll lead the Ringsted Store Team to meet and exceed our sales targets.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes our brand values in customer service, product presentation, and merchandising and is able to run a successful store. Someone who acutely understands the workings of the retail space and how best to manage the people who work there.

You’ll motivate our staff, improve conversion rates, and influence every aspect of our retail space using your experience and enthusiasm. Whether you’re planning product flows, managing schedules, or putting the final touches to the perfect in-store display, your decisions will make all the difference to your colleagues, our customers, and the overall ASICS experience.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Based at our Ringsted Factory Outlet Store, and reporting to District Manager, you’ll:

• Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.


• Guide and support our staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.


• Give clear directions to ensure our store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising.


• Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high-quality team.


• Achieve brand standards in reporting, action planning, and business performance endeavours.

You have the following skills and experience:

• Around 4-6 years of retail experience.


• Strong command of written and spoken Danish and English.


• Approximately 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counselling and developing people.


• Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience).


• Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.


• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
