Job summary

ASICS Ringsted Factory Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead in-store teams, uphold brand standards, and drive sales performance. You will work closely with the Store Manager and management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across merchandising, service, and operational routines.

The role requires retail experience, bilingual English and Danish communication, and willingness to work outside standard hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Danish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer relations and daily tasks.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and optimized checkout experience.
• Support Associates with merchandising, presentation and promos.
• Liaise with store management to improve product flow processes.
• Manage back-of-house operations and assist with store cleaning.
• Collaborate with management to complete retail tasks promptly.
