Burgermeister is launching its first restaurant in Denmark and seeks an ambitious Store Manager in Copenhagen to build and lead a high-performing team. You will own daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding rigorous standards.

Ideal candidates bring several years of hospitality leadership, strong commercial sense, and a hands-on, proactive leadership style. English fluency is required; Danish is a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Experience managing a restaurant with full operational responsibility.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience working with KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to lead from the front.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Take full responsibility for the daily operations and overall performance of the restaurant.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, motivating and inclusive team culture.
• Lead by example and actively support your team during busy service periods.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure consistently high service standards.
• Monitor sales, labour costs, food costs and other KPIs.
• Prepare staff schedules and optimise labour planning.
• Ensure compliance with Danish food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier orders.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with our Operations and People & Culture teams to successfully establish Burgermeister in Denmark.
