Maersk is seeking a Lead Electrical & Automation Engineer to own the electrical and automation scope for major vessel projects across the fleet, including newbuilds and retrofits. Act as technical authority for assigned systems and ensure solutions are delivered safely, compliantly and in accordance with Maersk standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement across vessel designs and operational performance.
A strong technical foundation. Able to challenge shipyards, suppliers and designers while maintaining constructive relationships and project momentum. Demonstrates sound engineeringacumen, commercial awareness and a structured approach to problem solving. Understands the full vessel lifecycle and can balance safety, performance, operability, maintainability and cost. Works effectively across disciplines and drives alignment between stakeholdersthrough efficient communication.
