You will identify opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive partnerships while travelling 30-50 days per year. Initially based at headquarters in Kolding with onboarding, remote work from Spain may be possible after agreement.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Strong commercial mindset and interest in developing new business and building customer relationships.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of owning your activities and sales pipeline.
• Confident in prospecting, outreach, customer communication, and identifying new opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Structured, self-motivated, and able to work independently with international colleagues.
• Curious about international business and motivated to grow with a growing global company.
• Experience in textiles or private label is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business in Spain by identifying potential customers, initiating contact, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for further growth.
• Involved in the full commercial process from prospecting and outreach to negotiations, project coordination, and ongoing account development.
• Collaborate with international teams to understand customer requirements, product development, and the global production setup.
