iO Associates is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join a leading space industry client on a permanent basis. You will oversee complex space missions, coordinate with international engineers, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.

The role involves stakeholder management, budget control, and occasional travel up to 20 days per year. Fluency in English required; a background in systems, electronics, or software engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex technical projects in aerospace or related fields.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage expectations.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contractual oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of multiple space projects from inception to delivery.
• Negotiate and maintain stakeholder relationships with international clients.
• Control budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee contract modifications and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with systems, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Travel up to 20 days per year to project sites.
