Job summary

MAP is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple international client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results with high quality. You will act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, sustaining trust and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting to the Account Lead, you will work independently yet with a diverse team of designers, UX architects, and developers, shaping project plans, budgets, and forecasts while identifying opportunities for

Qualifications

• Project management capabilities for handling multiple projects across international clients.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Understanding client requirements and translating those to well-defined projects
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Scoping and estimating new projects, exploring innovative solutions and new opportunities.
• Understanding technical requirements and how these impacts a project (risk, possibilities etc.)
• Tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and contributing to accurate project forecasting.
• Providing regular project status updates to the Account Lead and relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize project management processes.
• Proactively Identifying and scoping new project opportunities with existing clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations, and providing regular communication.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
