Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in aerospace, satellite or related high-technology sectors.
  • Background in systems, electronics, or software engineering.
  • Solid understanding of engineering processes.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and contractual obligations.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of multiple high-value space projects, ensuring objectives from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with international clients to plan, negotiate, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources with cost control and schedule adherence.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, modifications, and compliance with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams including systems and software engineers, mechanical specialists, and manufacturing staff.
  • Engage in travel up to 20 days annually to maintain key relationships and oversee project sites.
