Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a proactive EGSE Project Manager to lead internal delivery of Electronics Ground Support Equipment for Space Systems projects. You will coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, and validation with the EGSE system engineer, ensuring timely delivery to PCDU, RTU and Star Tracker projects across the space domain.

You will collaborate with electrical designers, manufacturing, test and systems engineers, and other project managers to keep roadmaps on track and campaigns

Qualifications

Bachelor's in electrical engineering or similar technical degree.
Experience leading projects in technical/engineering environments with hardware.
Strong technical understanding and ability to discuss technical topics.
Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage the EGSE test systems roadmap and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee internal delivery of EGSE to Terma Space Systems projects.
Plan and execute design, procurement, manufacturing and validation with the system engineer.
Ensure on-time delivery enabling test campaigns for PCDU/RTU/Star Trackers.
Coordinate multiple projects, balancing priorities and ensuring alignment.
Drive roadmaps and ensure timely execution and progress tracking.
