Job summary

You bring a bachelor’s or master’s in electronics engineering and at least five years of experience, plus a track record of leading technical development projects and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience within electronics and software product development.
• Proven experience leading technical development projects.
• Understand and practice concurrent engineering principles.
• Excel at creating structure and enabling cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into structured development plans and manage from concept to manufacturable solutions.
• Develop and maintain cross-team project plans across engineering, operations and supplier interfaces.
• Facilitate concurrent engineering by engaging relevant disciplines early and supporting cross-functional decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, maintain risk visibility and initiate timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support on-time delivery of critical parts.
• Contribute to developing and implementing a fit-for-purpose product development model that strengthens time-to-market and scalability.
