Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Test Engineer in Space Systems to ensure the quality and performance of advanced electronic systems for space applications. You will perform testing, fault finding, and documentation while contributing to continuous improvement across testing activities within a 15-person team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field is required.
• Solid understanding of analog circuit theory and electronic systems.
• Experience with fault finding, troubleshooting, and measurement techniques.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, testing methodologies, and verification procedures.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach with ownership of tasks and deliverables.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and verification of electronic systems and products.
• Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting on systems and electronic circuits.
• Document test results, findings, and technical information with a high level of accuracy.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proactively identifying issues and supporting robust testing processes.
