Job summary

MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, seeks an Adobe Senior Application Consultant to help design, implement, and optimize marketing solutions for global brands. You will bridge technology and marketing strategy, translating client objectives into Adobe-enabled technical requirements and collaborating with developers to align solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in application consulting or marketing technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with campaign execution, configuration, and marketing automation workflows.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one major marketing technology platform (Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Braze).
• Advanced understanding of campaign processes from requirements to deployment and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver Adobe-based solutions for clients.
• Drive adoption of internal marketing tools and Adobe applications across client base.
• Configure and implement customized business rules and automations within Adobe platforms.
• Develop and implement new features per provided designs within Adobe environments.
• Test configurations and new features to ensure quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Adobe applications for a seamless user experience.
• Collect business requirements from marketers and translate them into technical specs for Adobe solutions.
• Utilize Adobe Experience Platform to build data audiences and manage segments.
