Job summary

Kamstrup seeks a Solution Manager for Product Change Management to bridge market needs and product strategy. You will ensure valuable market input translates into actionable product changes, driving value for customers and Kamstrup.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tender activities, project initiation, and market growth opportunities, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and transparent processes.

In the role as our next Solution Manager, Product Change Management, you will act as the link between the market and product management, ensuring that valuable market input is transformed into products and solutions that create value for our customers.

More specifically you will be:

• Maintaining a detailed overview of change requests and ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed about status, progress and next steps
• Ensuring product management and sales management have the insights needed to make data driven decisions regarding future product changes
• Assisting with business case creation and optimization to provide maximum transparency towards product management and development.
• Supporting the business in growing both existing and new markets through effective product change management.
• Helping develop optimal tools to drive and monitor the change request flow

You will experience a high degree of responsibility and influence while working with both proven and new technologies. Therefore, you will gain valuable insight into Kamstrup products and market trends within the electricity industry while becoming a key part of driving our products and solutions to even greater heights. You will also join a high spirit team with a strong drive to create value for customers and the business.

With direct reference to the Senior Manager, Henrik Iversen, you will become part of the Solution Management team consisting of 5 colleagues located across Denmark, Austria and South Africa, who together support tender activities, project initiation and product change management, and you will have a key role in achieving this.

In the team, you will experience a collaborative and dynamic environment, where you help connect customers, sales and product management to ensure their needs are understood and addressed. We are looking for a Solution Manager who is ready to take ownership of product change management and who is motivated by understanding customer needs and creating transparency across stakeholders. You achieve this by combining a structured approach with strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine interest in learning about new technologies and solutions.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

• Have a technical background, likely within engineering.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience working with management of software or hardware products.
• Have experience handling stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Have experience prioritizing tasks based on input from multiple sources and creating business cases.
• Demonstrate a strong personal drive and ability to work independently.

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.

Danish is an advantage and German or another Scandinavian language is considered a plus.

Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position.
