The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in solution engineering or pre-sales, 2+ years in fintech/payments, and a deep understanding of AI-driven fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles.
• 2+ years in fintech or payments.
• Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and fraud prevention, chargebacks.
• Experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to drive onboarding and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales processes with deep understanding of customer requirements and matching to solutions.
• Oversee complete technical implementation and onboarding of Justt's solutions for new clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams.
• Translate client needs into clearly defined technical tasks for R&D and drive delivery.
