Job summary

Justt is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to own the technical side of the sales cycle, from pre-sales to onboarding, in a fast-paced startup environment. You will lead demonstrations, map client requirements to Justt’s AI-powered platform, and guide technical implementations with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to travel as needed, with a hybrid work model between NYC office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles.
• 2+ years in fintech or payments.
• Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including understanding customer requirements and matching them to Justt solutions.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients.
• Develop and present customized solutions addressing client challenges and business objectives.
• Lead the complete technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients with seamless integration.
• Provide training and ongoing support for clients to maximize value.
