Job summary

Trackunit is seeking a Solution Delivery Engineer to help customers implement and adopt the IrisX cloud platform, turning data into actionable insights. You’ll configure solutions, build integrations, and work with customer teams to translate needs into practical results.

You’ll collaborate with Solution Delivery, Sales Engineering, IoT Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering across projects, applying your strengths while growing in new areas.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring solutions for customers and translating needs into technical specs.
• Ability to build integrations across systems and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with analytics and data workflows in cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure, extend, test, and deploy Manager and IrisX solutions to fit customer workflows.
• Connect Trackunit with ERP, CRM, and fleet tools via APIs and webhooks.
• Turn construction data into insights for fault analysis, benchmarking, and emissions reporting.
• Provide customer enablement through workshops, training, and implementation support.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams and Product/Engineering to improve platforms.
• Share delivery insights and improvements with stakeholders for future deployments.
