Job summary

Systematic is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Columna Cura to support municipal social services. You will bridge case management practices, providers’ needs and the Cura setup, translating assessments, service catalogs and rates into a functioning solution.

You will also contribute to product development with customer insights and participate in tender responses. You should have deep knowledge of municipal social services, including VUM and catalogues, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of municipal case management in social services, including VUM and related processes.
Experience with Columna Cura or similar social services IT solutions is a plus.
Ability to translate complex service catalogs, rates and workflows into system setup.

Responsibilities

Advise municipalities on configuring Cura for social services case management.
Set up service catalogues, rates and citizen co-payments with customers.
Support collaboration between case workers and providers within Cura.
Train system admins and super users on Cura configuration.
Create and maintain functional documentation for Cura configurations.
Contribute to tender responses for new customers.
Collaborate with Cura Projects & Services, Product Management and Domain Advisors.
