Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a site-based leader to drive the daily execution of operations and maintenance activities at the Anholt hub. You will oversee a team of around 20 technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable offshore wind asset performance while partnering with site leadership and specialists across operations, planning, engineering, HSE, and CI functions.

In this role, you will translate operational plans into daily action, allocate resources, and guide continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in safety-critical operational environments.
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical.
• Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Clear communication and relationship-building across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and compliant execution of O&M activities at site level.
• Coach technicians through development and day-to-day leadership.
• Translate operational plans into effective daily execution and resource allocation.
• Make operational decisions to manage priorities, risks, and changing conditions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver site targets and operational performance.
