Job summary

Ørsted A/S in Denmark is seeking a lead for daily execution of operations and maintenance at the Anholt Hub. You will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance across availability, yield and cost, while supporting leadership and specialists to drive improvements and a high-performing team of about 20 technicians.

You will work across operations, planning, engineering, HSE, and continuous improvement to deliver operational excellence and meet site targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in safety-critical environments.
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Strong planning, coordination and execution skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and compliant execution of O&M activities.
• Coach technicians through daily leadership and development.
• Translate operational plans into daily execution and resource allocation.
• Make operational decisions to manage priorities, risks and changing conditions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver operational performance and site targets.
