Job summary

Orsted Asia Pacific in Anholt Hub is seeking a site-based role to lead the daily execution of operations and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance while supporting targets across availability, yield, and cost.

You will work with site leadership and specialists across operations, planning, engineering and HSE, delivering operational excellence and guiding a team of around 20 technicians to continuously improve safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety-critical operational environments.
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships.
• Proficient with digital tools, data reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and compliant execution of operational and maintenance activities.
• Coach and develop technicians and provide day-to-day leadership.
• Translate operational plans into daily execution and resource allocation.
• Make operational decisions managing priorities and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, quality, productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet site targets.
