Job summary

Orsted is seeking a Site Operations Lead for the Anholt Hub to drive daily O&M execution of offshore wind assets, ensuring safety, efficiency and reliability while supporting targets for availability, yield, and cost.

You will lead a team of around 20 technicians, collaborate across operations, planning, engineering and HSE, and translate plans into decisive daily actions under strong leadership. This office-based role requires residence within one hour of Anholt.

Qualifications

Demonstrated people leadership experience in safety-critical environments.
Technical background in electrical or mechanical domains.
Strong planning, coordination and execution capabilities.
Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders.
Experience with digital reporting tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead the safe and compliant execution of operational and maintenance activities.
Coach and develop technicians through day-to-day leadership.
Translate operational plans into effective daily execution and resource allocation.
Make operational decisions to manage priorities, risks, and changing conditions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strong operational performance and site targets.
