Job summary

Muuto in Copenhagen invites a Project Coordinator to join Sales Operations, coordinating international fairs and showroom events. You will work across Sales, Regional teams and Global Marketing to plan and execute activities with hands-on support.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in design or lifestyle sectors, strong project management skills, and fluency in English and Danish. The role is full-time in Copenhagen with travel around 15–20 days per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in design or lifestyle industries.
• Project management experience required.
• Structured mindset with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of trade fairs and design events.
• Coordinate activations in Muuto showrooms with local sales teams.
• Plan two international sales conferences per year.
• Coordinate product sampling and distribution of marketing materials.
• Align deadlines with Visual Merchandising and marketing teams.
