DANFOSS A/S is seeking a QEHS Manager to lead quality, environment, health, and safety initiatives at our Silkeborg-based operations. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the shop floor, close collaboration with production, engineers, and project managers to embed safety and quality in daily work.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and build a culture where quality and safety are everyone's responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Knowledge of quality and safety management systems (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
• Hands-on, factory-floor presence and collaboration with operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive QEHS strategy and culture across Make-to-Order district heating operations.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project Management on the shop floor.
• Lead internal and external audits to meet industry standards (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Champion quality for customers and suppliers across the value chain.
• Use data to monitor performance, lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
