Job summary

Supplios in Copenhagen, Denmark, is hiring its first Product Marketing Manager for a B2B software platform serving manufacturers. The role is in-office and centers on positioning, messaging and sales enablement to drive growth.

You will collaborate with the CEO to turn product knowledge into compelling stories, build case studies, and rebuild our website and collateral to reflect real customer value for procurement, quality, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Proven product marketing experience in B2B or enterprise software.
• Translate complex, technical products into clear commercial value propositions.
• Excellent written English.
• Comfort operating without a marketing team, an established playbook or a large budget.
• The temperament for a small, senior, fast-moving company: high ownership, low ceremony.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for the Supplios platform and its modules, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Translate technical capability into buyer-relevant value for distinct personas (procurement, quality, operations).
• Build the sales enablement layer: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, proposals.
• Conduct competitive and market intelligence to identify true wins and gaps.
• Plan and execute go-to-market for new modules and major releases in line with the product roadmap.
• Develop customer proof: case studies, reference stories, and use cases from existing customers.
• Revise website messaging and product pages to reflect actual offerings and target buyers.
• Provide market insights to inform product decisions.
