Job summary

Maersk Tankers, a leading global tanker operator, is seeking an Application Manager - Shipping Applications in Copenhagen. You will manage critical shipping platforms (e.g., IMOS, Sedna Stream), bridging business needs with technology, and ensure secure, reliable operation across Commercial Operations, Finance and IT.

You will lead projects, maintain documentation, and collaborate with vendors to deliver value while supporting audits and governance initiatives in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial shipping or IT operations.
• Experience with shipping applications such as IMOS Sedna Stream or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve and evolve key shipping applications.
• Lead application-related projects and drive continuous improvements.
• Document configurations, processes and controls; support audits and governance initiatives.
• Ensure security, reliability and efficiency of commercial applications across the organization.
