Job summary

Voi is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Copenhagen to lead our Fleet Specialists. You will split your time between in-field tasks (80%) and managerial duties (20%), guiding operations across the city.

You will drive vehicle utilization, handle logistics, develop your team, and uphold quality standards while coordinating with regional leaders to optimize shift schedules and ensure safe, efficient scooter deployment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• In-field operations experience and good driving/navigation.
• Fluent in English and strong dispatch skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
• Skilled in promoting and nurturing team collaboration.
• Willingness to work in a shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Utilization – operate in the streets and deploy scooters.
• Navigating Logistics – assist in receiving, packing, and deploying vehicles.
• Managing your team – create shift plans, improve performance, and streamline processes.
• Upholding Quality Standards – rectify damaged/misplaced vehicles and maintain tidy parking.
• Cultivating Talent – interview, train and nurture Fleet Specialists.
• Synergistic Planning – work with managers to optimise schedules.
