Job summary

Voi in Copenhagen is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Fleet Specialists. You’ll split time between in-field vehicle deployment and managerial planning, with a focus on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You’ll build shift plans, mentor your team, supervise daily tasks, and coordinate with managers to optimise schedules. The role requires flexibility, a valid driver’s license, and fluent English.
