Job summary

Vestas is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join the Digital Solutions team in Aarhus, Denmark. You will lead enterprise service management implementations, shaping solutions across the organisation for 30,000+ employees.

Based in Aarhus with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 WFH), you’ll collaborate with global teams and mentor peers while delivering high-impact ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Practical experience delivering service management solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in solution architecture, project delivery, and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Well-developed communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in English
• Background from a consultancy, implementation partner, or large global organisation, with exposure to enterprise service management practices and platform governance
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and service management concepts, including experience with several modules such as ITSM Pro, HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, Security Operations (SecOps), App Engine, Employee Center, Integration Hub, or Next Experience/Workspaces

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will join Vestas' growing Enterprise Service Management product team within Digital Solutions, where demand for innovative digital services continues to increase.
