Vestas Denmark invites a seasoned leader to head our People Management in Field Operations Resource Team. You will motivate teams, oversee budgeting, and ensure trained resources for offshore projects across the region.

Competenze

• Business Management qualification or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Offshore/renewable sector experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and the local language of the country you are applying to.
• Solid IT skills, including MS Office 365, MS Teams, and basic conferencing tools- SAP would be advantageous.

Region NCE And Global Offshore > Global Offshore > Field Operations Resource Team

You will join our Operations organisation, where you will play a key role in supporting and developing employees to meet the needs of upcoming projects. Within the Internal Resource Management team, you will contribute to ensuring that trained and competent Service Technicians and Supervisors are prepared for deployment across offshore operations.
