Job summary

Vestas seeks a Site Manager to lead offshore service campaigns and upgrades, ensuring operational readiness and day-to-day execution within a multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate people, logistics, tools, and documentation to deliver safe, efficient projects for our customers.

The role sits in Global Offshore within the NCE region; travel around 90 days per year is expected, with primary location in Aarhus and options in Warrington or Szczecin.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background as a prerequisite.
• 5+ years in a similar role within offshore/field operations.
• Experience in the wind industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction/service management processes and safety standards.
• Ability to obtain GWO and country-specific Construction Medical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore campaign execution by ensuring teams have personnel, tools, materials, documentation, qualifications and training.
• Provide operational leadership by setting safety, quality, planning and execution expectations.
• Guide the operational planning and lifecycle management of service orders for timely delivery.
• Coordinate vessels, resources, tools, spare parts and materials for readiness and execution.
• Ensure project documentation and compliance; oversee vessel mobilization and demobilization with the Project Manager.
