“You will be at the centre of major incident management, driving service management practices across Danske Commodities, aligning stakeholders and ensuring swift decision-making and clear communication in critical situations”
In the role, you will play a key part in strengthening Danske Commodities’ (DC) service management landscape by implementing and improving ITIL-based practices across the organisation. Working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, you will contribute to creating reliable, stable and predictable services while driving continuous improvements that support our business needs.
As our new service management specialist, you will join Digital Workplace Engineering, whose mission is to provide frontline support, reliable collaboration tools, secure end-user computing and structured service management that keeps our services consistent and high-quality.
