Job summary

Infosys, a global leader in digital services, invites senior consultants to join the Workday HCM Time Tracking practice in Copenhagen. You will design and deliver scalable Time Tracking solutions, configure business processes, and work with Absence Management, Payroll, and Core HCM integrations to ensure accurate time capture and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Workday HCM experience.
• At least 3 years focused on Workday Time Tracking.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Workday implementations involving Time Tracking.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Time Tracking, Core HCM, Absence Management.
• Experience configuring Time Calculations, Work Schedules, Shifts, Time Entry Templates, and Time Tracking Business Processes.
• Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Time Tracking configurations and business processes.
• Configure and maintain Time Tracking components including Time Entry Templates, Time Entry Codes, and Work Schedules.
• Design and implement time validation rules; support deployments and SIT/UAT activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and deliver Time Tracking solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields meeting business needs.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer; stay updated with Workday releases.
