Job summary

Infosys Copenhagen is seeking a Lead Workday Technical Consultant to design, develop, test, and support integrations and reporting solutions. You will own the technical delivery from requirements to deployment, and work with functional consultants and client teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

The role focuses on hands‑on Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, security configuration, data migration, and API work.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of Workday experience with at least 3 years in a dedicated technical role.
Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle Workday implementation projects.
Strong hands-on experience in: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Web Services, Workday APIs, Advanced Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security Configuration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using native technologies.
Develop and support: EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect Integrations, Web Services, Workday APIs.
Create and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and BIRT reports.
Configure and support Workday Security Framework including domain and business process security policies.
Support data conversion and migration activities; perform integration testing and deployment activities.
Mentor junior consultants and participate in Agile ceremonies and governance.
