LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager in Copenhagen to shape shopper experiences across future retail formats. You will lead the visual merchandising strategy for store concepts, influencing layout, flow and storytelling in collaboration with multiple teams.

The role requires a seasoned leader with a track record in global retail, proficient in planograms and data-driven decisions, and capable of driving cross-functional projects across design, marketing and operations.

  • 10+ years of visual merchandising leadership within a global retail brand.
  • Led new visual merchandising initiatives from concept development through implementation.
  • Built strong partnerships with Retail Design teams across fixtures, props, merchandising materials and communication formats.
  • Applied merchandising expertise including planograms, product allocation and retail execution processes.
  • Created impactful retail storytelling and shopper communication solutions through excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using data and insights to inform merchandising decisions.

Then make it real.**About the role**As our Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll help define how shoppers experience LEGO products across future retail concepts. You'll lead visual merchandising strategy for new store formats, shaping store flow, product storytelling, shopper communication and experience activation.
