Job summary

Systematic is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead architectural direction for the SitaWare portfolio within NSI. The role focuses on end-to-end solution design, translating complex requirements into scalable architectures, and guiding product and development teams with real-world insight.

You will drive strategic architecture across multiple components, contribute to pre-sales activities, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with national security customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, or an equivalent technical field
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, ideally within command-and-control, situational awareness, or related software domains
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex, multi-component software solutions
• Experience with GIS platforms, mapping frameworks, and geospatial data integration
• Understanding of network and communications architectures relevant to operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction of the Rezilient Suite built on top of the SitaWare platform
• Design and document end-to-end solution architectures that integrate multiple SitaWare components to meet customer requirements in national security and critical infrastructure
• Contribute to technical pre-sales engagements, including architecture workshops, solution scoping, proof-of-concept builds, and technical demonstrations
• Define and maintain reference architectures, integration patterns, and deployment blueprints across the SitaWare portfolio
• Support bid and proposal teams with technical solution content and architecture diagrams
• Mentor junior technical staff and field engineers on SitaWare platform capabilities and solution patterns.
