Qualifications

• Ability to guide customer discussions and provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
• Proficiency in solution architecture across cloud service categories.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to present to senior managers.
• 7+ years in customer-facing technology roles involving cloud adoption or IT delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to translate business needs into cloud adoption roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services across teams.
• Drive adoption outcomes focusing on efficiency gains, cost savings, or growth.
