Job summary

Festina Finance is seeking a Tech Lead for the Customer implementation team to guide architectural decisions and hands-on delivery of the Advisor platform for bank and pension customers across Europe. You will bridge deep domain logic with solid engineering practices, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions that meet complex customer needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in delivering complex systems or large-scale platforms.
• Strong backend development and system design foundations, with pragmatic application of architectural principles.
• Experience with AI tools and designing orchestrated agent workflows that elevate delivery.
• Experience with domain-rich systems, ideally in banking/finance-related areas.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Curiosity to explore new domains and technologies, with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent collaboration skills and active contribution to technical discussions.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and ask critical questions when needed.
• Product-minded approach focusing on why as well as how the solution is built.
• Deliver robust, well-designed, and durable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend the 360° financial modelling engine to meet customer-specific requirements across credit, pension, wealth, and investments.
• Translate architectural guidelines into concrete design choices, patterns, and implementation strategies.
• Work with multi-tenant, multi-country data models within the Advisor platform.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for the implementation team, guiding and elevating engineering practices.
• Collaborate with analysts, domain experts, and customers to turn complex requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and structured code reviews.
• Contribute to performance optimization, stability, and long-term maintainability.
