Job summary

pplwise is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join a fast-growing space-tech client’s Nordic recruitment work. You’ll own end-to-end hiring across technical, GTM and business roles, sourcing candidates through your Nordic network and partnering with hiring managers to forecast and deliver timelines.

As a freelancer in a fully remote, Nordic-focused role, you’ll build pipelines, use data-driven insights, and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction while working with a collaborative pplwise team

Qualifications

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting in startups, scale-ups or other high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Nordic talent market.
• Ability to help hiring managers define roles in tech organisations.
• Comfort working independently as a freelancer in a fast-paced environment.
• Decisions based on data and facts.
• High standards for stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ambitious, collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English and at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Finnish).

Responsibilities

• Own the client's hiring goals end to end in tech, go-to-market, and business roles.
• Source and engage candidates across the Nordic market.
• Manage stakeholders as a strategic partner and resolve bottlenecks with clear communication.
• Build and run hiring forecasts and select channels with urgency and backward planning.
• Use data to drive decisions during each search.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Collaborate with the wider pplwise team to overcome bottlenecks.
