Job summary

Demant A/S is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to advance the Systems Engineering approach across R&D. Your focus includes requirements, architecture, verification and quality, with emphasis on traceability and data-driven improvement across Denmark and Poland.

You will drive verification management and defect analysis, translating practices into usable processes for cross-functional teams, while leveraging IBM ELM and DOORS Next Generation to strengthen engineering data and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in engineering, quality, or product development environments; strong Systems Engineering understanding.
• Experience with IBM ELM/DOORS Next or similar tools; analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the effective use of engineering data by supporting rollout and continuous improvement of IBM ELM, including DOORS Next Generation, strengthening requirements and traceability practices, and building analytics and reporting that teams can act on.
• Build engineering capability through guidance, training, workshops and hands-on collaboration, while exploring AI and automation to reduce repetitive work in engineering workflows.
• Work across R&D and Quality, translating Systems Engineering practice into practical ways of working for teams.
