Job summary

Demant is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Process Specialist in R&D (SERV) to strengthen how requirements, verification and quality connect across projects. Based at the Demant HQ in Smørum, near Copenhagen, you will help embed robust systems engineering practices across the organization.

Your work includes driving IBM ELM DOORS Next Gen rollouts, building analytics with Power BI, and turning data into practical process improvements across R&D and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, quality, or product development with strong Systems Engineering grounding.
• Experience in requirements engineering, verification, test management, or defect management is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Drive rollout and continuous improvement of IBM ELM, DOORS Next Gen, strengthening requirements and traceability practices.
• Build analytics and reporting that teams can act on.
• Provide guidance, training, and hands-on collaboration to develop engineering capability.
• Translate Systems Engineering practices into practical ways of working across R&D and Quality.
