Job summary
Danfoss A/S is seeking a Test Engineer to join the Quality Assurance team in Nordborg, Denmark. The role concentrates on investigating complex customer claims, performing failure analysis, and driving corrective actions across electronics, software, and mechanical systems within the CCS business unit.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction, while leading lab testing and validation activities to recreate and verify
Qualifications
- Hands-on troubleshooting, testing, reliability, or quality engineering background.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience with electronics, embedded software, and mechanical interfaces.
- Proactive, structured approach with strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Investigate customer claims, returned products, and quality cases to uncover root causes.
- Analyze electronics, embedded software, and mechanical interfaces to identify solutions.
- Lead lab troubleshooting and testing to recreate failure modes.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, manufacturing, and quality stakeholders.
- Expand knowledge to strengthen product quality, reliability, and performance.
