Job summary

Demant is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve our EPM platforms within Group Finance. You will lead the EPM transformation and roadmap, replacing SAP BPC with a modern planning, forecasting and consolidation solution, while guiding global and local finance teams.

Based at the Demant HQ in Smørum, you will report to the Senior Director, Group Financial Systems. You will drive governance, data model design across ERP, EPM and BI, and oversee a five-person EPM team.

Qualifications

Significant experience in EPM, financial systems transformation.
Led a complex EPM implementation or major finance systems transformation.
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the EPM transformation and roadmap, including replacement of SAP BPC.
Lead and develop the EPM team of about five specialists and manage relationships with vendors.
Own the EPM operating model: governance, integrations, releases, security and controls.
Standardize and improve EPM processes for planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.
Define and govern the financial data model across ERP, EPM and BI.
Shape the future reporting architecture and transition management reporting to BI.
Drive adoption with training, change management and new ways of working.
