Qualifications

• English fluency at professional level.
• 7+ years in system development with 3+ years owning specs.
• Ability to break down large systems into manageable components.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements, architecture and design within your work packages.
• Break large work packages into technical pieces with PM and developers.
• Establish and maintain test sites and drive testing planning.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions for non-specialists.
• Shape the product's technical path with input from business development.
• Coach other systems engineers and set discipline standards.
