Job summary

Novo Nordisk Consulting is seeking Project Associates to work on-site with client teams in Denmark. From day one, you join 2-5 consultants to tackle complex strategic problems across the value chain, with rapid feedback and trainings.

You will build skills through real client work and opportunities to progress within Novo Nordisk’s global network. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, stakeholder communication, and a proactive, change-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, science, medical, or the like with excellent results.
• 0-4 years of full-time work experience; performance will determine level as Project Associate or Senior Project Associate.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly (verbally and in writing).
• Ambitious, challenge-seeking and results-oriented.
• Experience from a management consultancy or pharmaceutical company is highly regarded but not required.

Responsibilities
